I had previously dealt with another company but they were unable to fix my issue long term and recommended that I replace my condenser. Fortunately I got a second opinion and Reggie was able to come check out my system quickly. I was very close to just replacing everything but Reggie told me it wasn’t necessary because my issue could be fixed. And he fixed it! He is extremely kind as well as knowledgeable in his field. Will always recommend him and use his services if needed in the future.

Air Innovation's new maintenance program is top notch! Called and spoke with Reggie and he was able to troubleshoot and repair the issue w/ my A/C in a timely manner. Come winter time I had an issue with my heater. As soon as he pulled the panel Reggie knew exactly what the issue was. Reggie is a straight shooter and a family man! I have found my A/C guy for life!

He took my call, assessed the situation and showed up within a short window of time - resolved my AC issues proficiency - true expert in his field. Best of all, this business owner is super honest, friendly and knows what he is doing. His rates are fair and respectful to his customers. Had Air innovations come out and look at my unit. It had a freon leak and other companies couldn't find it. The main guy came out and found it right away. Unfortunately we couldn't fix what was leaking but they sent me a quote and was cheaper than the other two places I called. They came out and installed a system for me.
